Your Downtown Apartment Is Empty. Everyone Else Quoted You Six Weeks.
We're a Mesa furniture store with the couch already in the warehouse. Order by 2pm — you'll be sitting on it downtown tonight.
"Six to eight weeks" is the normal answer. Ours is tonight.
Here's what happens when you furnish a downtown apartment the usual way. You order a sectional online. It ships to a warehouse in another state, then a third-party carrier calls with a four-hour window nine days out. They won't bring it up. They won't assemble it. And nobody warned you that your building needs a certificate of insurance on file before anyone touches the freight elevator.
So you sit on the floor for a month and a half in an apartment you're already paying rent on.
We're not a warehouse in another state. We're a family-owned furniture store in Mesa, about 25 minutes from Central and Washington, and the couch you want is already sitting on our floor.
Couch today, downtown tonight
Come to either Mesa showroom, or call and we'll walk the floor with you over the phone and send photos. If it's in stock, it can go out today.

That's the cutoff for same-day downtown. After 2pm, you're first on tomorrow's truck. Tell us your building when you order so we can handle the elevator and paperwork before we load.
How do you determine project pricing?

Assembly is included. We bring it into the room you want it in, build it, and take the boxes and packing with us. You don't touch a screwdriver.
We carry it up and put it together

We've already figured out your building
Downtown delivery isn't a longer drive. It's a different job. There's no driveway to back into, the loading dock has a height limit, the freight elevator has to be reserved, and management wants a certificate of insurance on file before the truck leaves Mesa.
We've delivered into 44 Monroe, the Adara on 4th Street, and the Roosevelt Row lofts — plus the mid-rises around ASU's downtown campus and the older walk-ups off Garfield and Grand. We know which ones need a reserved elevator window, which ones make you use the alley, and which hallways won't take a 42-inch box around the corner.
Tell us the building when you order. We'll call the leasing office ourselves and send them whatever they need.
❋ Certificate of insuranceWe send the COI to your leasing office before delivery day, at no cost to you.
❋ Freight elevator bookingGive us the building and we'll coordinate the window with management.
❋ It fits, or we tell you firsTWe measure doorways, elevators, and turns against the piece before you buy it.
❋ No dock, no problemStreet-level and alley loading downtown is routine for our crews.
A sectional that fits a 600-square-foot apartment
Downtown studios start around 300 square feet and most one-bedrooms land between 600 and 800. A lot of the sectionals you see advertised simply will not fit — or they fit, and then you can't open the balcony door.
Tell us your floorplan and we'll point you at the loveseats, apartment-size sofas, and reversible sectionals that work in that footprint. We carry Ashley, Crown Mark, Coaster, and Furniture of America, so there's usually a smaller version of whatever caught your eye.
No credit? You can still sleep on a real bed tonight.
First apartment downtown, or starting over after a move — either way, thin credit shouldn't mean an empty living room. We approve through Acima, Snap, Koalifi, American First Finance, and Kafene, and the application is free and takes about two minutes.
You need a valid checking account and an ID. No Chime, Cash App, or prepaid accounts. Approved today means furniture tonight.

No. Delivery and assembly anywhere in Downtown Phoenix is a flat $150 — no extra charge for high-rises, freight elevators, or upper floors. Second floor or thirtieth, it's $150, and that covers carrying it in, putting it together, and taking the boxes with us.
-
Send us your floorplan or the doorway and elevator measurements and we'll check before you buy. Downtown hallways and elevators are tight, and we'd rather find that out in the showroom than at your door.ription
